Grape: 100% Chardonnay

Alcohol Content: 13% ABV

Vineyard: With a west-northwest exposure, this plot allows the grapes to ripen properly, favoring the development of fresh, fruity aromas.

Vinification: After destemmed pressing, the must is clarified and fermented at low temperatures; batonnage is then performed for 6 months, and finally bottled.

Color: Moderately intense straw yellow with greenish reflections, brilliant.

Nose: Characterized by the fruitiness of banana and grapefruit, with subtle notes of white flowers.

Tasting: This wine is simple yet impactful, with a light, soft body that envelops the palate, which is then cleansed by a crisp, pleasant acidity; the savory flavor accompanies a citrus and floral aftertaste.
