Vinification: Traditional red wine vinification with maceration

Aging: 6 months in used 225-liter oak barriques

Color: Bright, intense, and lively.

Nose: Intense, ample, with floral notes reminiscent of roses, fruity hints of ripe plum and black cherry, with sweet notes reminiscent of vanilla, cocoa, and a hint of toasted hazelnut derived from the wood aging.

Taste: Full, harmonious, warm, rounder and softer than the varietal characteristics, with a very persistent, savory, and spicy aftertaste.

Serving Temperature: 18° - 20° C

Pairing Suggestions: Significant, flavorful dishes from fine national and international cuisine, especially red meat main courses.
