Color: Very intense garnet red with clear purple highlights, bright and lively.

Nose: Intense, ample, with floral notes reminiscent of roses, but also berries such as blackberry, leading to plums and ripe prunes.

Taste: This wine is dominated by its fruity notes and good acidity, with the addition of savory and fruity notes in the aftertaste that confirm the varietal character.

Aging: Stainless steel

Serving Temperature: 18°-20°C

Pairing Suggestions: Local and Mediterranean cuisine. All dishes, especially Piedmontese appetizers and first courses, but also white meats: it is considered a wine for all meals.
